1. Introduction and Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between mmk05 and any player who uses the mmk05 platform (https://mmk05.vip) and all related services. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, you are considered to have read and fully agreed to these terms and conditions.

Even if a player enters and plays without reading these terms, they are still considered to have agreed to them. You are therefore encouraged to read this document carefully before using the platform for the first time. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the services.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Account Registration Requirements

The following requirements must be met when registering an account at mmk05 —

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Each person may only hold one account at a time. Opening duplicate accounts is not allowed.
• All information entered in the registration form must be accurate and up to date.
• mmk05 reserves the right to close any account opened with false or borrowed identity documents without prior notice.
• To protect each player's personal information and to record financial transactions, you must use only your own KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay account.

2.2 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their own password and all security details used to access their account. Sharing, renting, or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. If any unauthorised access occurs, mmk05 must be notified immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

You can deposit at mmk05 using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Once deposited, the amount should reflect in your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, you can contact us via 24/7 Live Chat.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally completed within 1 hour of the request being submitted. The following conditions must be met to withdraw —

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used to deposit.
• The name registered on the account must match the name on the bank / payment service used for withdrawal.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled, the bonus amount will not be paid out.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

mmk05 offers a 200% welcome bonus for new players making their first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.

To withdraw bonus winnings, the wagering requirement must be met — the bonus amount received must be wagered 20 times before any winnings generated from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example —

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 60,000 Ks. You must wager 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks.
• If you deposit 320,000 Ks (or more), you receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 620,000 Ks. You must wager 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own wagering requirement and validity period.
• mmk05 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it is used in a way that does not meet the terms or is intended solely for withdrawal.
• Strategies such as placing bets at the highest possible amount or switching games to pause wagering progress are considered violations of bonus terms.
• mmk05 reserves the right to amend promotion terms with prior notice.

5. Game Rules

5.1 Fair Play

mmk05 guarantees fair play for all players. SSL encryption and trusted, secure technology are used to protect players' funds and personal data.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mmk05 platform —

• Using software, bots, or any automated methods to play.
• Collusion — combining funds across accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus arbitrage strategies.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Chip dumping — playing against another person's funds in the same game session on their behalf.

If any of the above violations are detected, the account may be suspended without prior notice and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

5.3 Player Responsibilities

Every player is responsible for monitoring their own play. Financial losses cannot be attributed to mmk05. In the event of a dispute, mmk05's decision shall be final.

6. VIP Levels and Cashback

mmk05 offers 3 VIP levels based on players' betting volume and activity —

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP level upgrades are evaluated by mmk05 based on the player's game history and continued activity on the platform. VIP benefits may change, and it is mmk05's responsibility to clearly state the exact amounts tied to each level.

7. Privacy Protection

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by the Player

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they can request this through 24/7 Live Chat. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be paid out subject to wagering requirement compliance.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by mmk05

mmk05 has the right to suspend or close a player's account if any of the following situations occur —

• When a breach of these terms and conditions is found
• When an account is found to have been opened with false information
• When there is suspicion of illegal financial activity
• When a player is found to be under 21 years of age

In such cases, mmk05's decision is considered final.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
